AAS Commercial Projects Materials

AAS has specialized expertise to provide architectural stone products using four materials cast stone, architectural precast, GFRC and GFRG.

One: Cast Stone: AAS has unique dry cast technology to create cast stone products that match look and finish of natural limestone very closely. With experienced team and system to manage custom projects, AAS team has been able to support very big size projects with consistent quality, color and finish of cast stone.

Two: Architectural Precast: The AAS wet cast technology allows customers to match color and finish even for architectural stone pieces that are big in size. Architectural precast can be used to create large size structural elements as well.

Three: GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete): GFRC provides enough structural strength so that it can be used for external cladding. It is much lighter in weight compared to other cast stone products creating opportunities for stone finishes at higher elevations. See for example, Dry Creek Elementary School case study

Four: GFRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum): AAS is able to pre-engineer and cast GFRG products that can be used for interior architectural applications such as cornices, medallions, intricate moldings, artistic work inside historical buildings etc. GFRG is much cleaner, versatile product compared to other interior architecture products such as plaster.
