USC Roland Tutor Center

The vision for the project is to make the Ronald Tutor Center the social hub of the campus. For that building has to blend seamless in to the heart of the USC campus where most of the buildings are more than 50 years old. AAS team combined cast stone, architectural precast and GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) with precise color matching so that the design effect would remain consistent despite different choices of materials. The project also required that the new design and latest material technology of architectural stone products would match traditional colors and culture of the campus.

Reagan Place

This project required color matching of cast stone, architectural precast and GFRC materials. While the structural pieces and trims around windows very big in size, the design required precise tolerance for the stone products to fit in with rest of the building. AAS team precisely designed the molds, matched colors from control samples and then sequenced the delivery of products for smooth installation at the project site.
